Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of blackorchid.ai. They are not the agreement for our services. If you become a client, a separate signed agreement governs that work and takes precedence over anything here.
Have a lawyer review these before you rely on them. They are a careful draft, not legal advice.
1. Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Corvo Security LLC, trading as BlackOrchid.ai, registered at 200 University Blvd, STE 225-389, Round Rock, TX 78665, United States. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is for
The site describes our services and lets you request a conversation. Everything on it is general information about what we do. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a client relationship. That starts only when both sides sign an agreement.
3. Figures and examples
Where we show numbers from client work, they are real figures from real engagements, anonymised. They describe what happened for that client in that market at that time. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of your result. Sample records shown on the site are drawn from delivered work with identifying details removed or masked.
4. Our material
The content, design, code, brand and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site, reproduce it substantially, or use our name or marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist.
5. Using the site properly
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it.
- Do not scrape it, or copy it by automated means, without our written permission.
- Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Do not submit somebody else's personal details unless you are entitled to.
6. What you send us
Anything you submit through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If you send us an idea or suggestion unprompted, you agree we may use it without obligation, which is not us claiming your business information, only protecting us from a claim over an idea we may already have had.
7. Links out
We link to other sites, including Sports Hive AI, which is our own venture. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we link to.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the site.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you and nothing here reduces them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer outside the United States, you keep the protection of your local mandatory law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
